AGENDA FINANCE COMMITTEE JANUARY 10th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. AT AMERY CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 118 CENTER ST. AMERY, WI 1. Call to order. 2. Review of RFPs for audit services for recommendation to the City Council. 3. Closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1)(c) to considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This is in regards to the City Administrator position. 4. The Committee will continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. This is in regards to the City Administrator position. 5. The Committee will reconvene in open session to act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 6. Consideration of recommendation to the City Council to solicit RPFs for the hiring of an Organizational Consultant. 7.
