Renewal of real estate listing for City property 3.) Micro-Loan-Home Health Resources 4.) Amery Cemetery Update 5.) Park Camping Fees-Discount for Veterans 6.) Contract with Cooper Engineering for services related to the Granum Boat Landing project. 7.) Agreement with David Chanski for website updating services 8.) Management Analyst position 9.) Possible closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to the Public Works Director, the Chief of Police, Sewer Plant Operator, and Maintenance Dept. employee. This also pertains to union contract negotiations in the Police Dept. The Committee may continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This pertains to potential sale of City property. 10.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 11.)
