Paul Schaefer, AEDC: Polk County Housing Study 3.) Dave Rasmussen of MSA regarding Closing TIF#5 and Other TIF Information. 4.) Amery Cemetery Association Request Using City Tax ID Numbers 5.) Amery Housing Authority Payment in Lieu of Taxes 6.) 2019 Expenditure Restraint Aid Qualification 7.) Possible closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. a.) WPPA Union Contract Negotiation Proposal The Committee may continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. a.) This is in regards to a proposal for HVAC system replacement as part of the Amery Hospital and Clinic West Campus Condo Association. 8.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 9.)
