NEW BUSINESS – Tobacco Fine – Amesbury One Stop Amesbury One-Stop received a fine of $1,000.00 for selling cigarettes to a minor. They requested a hearing to appeal this decision. At the meeting information was provided by Amesbury One Stop regarding sending employees to a Liquor Outlet Training Seminar, and written notification sent to employees stating their termination of employment if this hap- pens again. The Board decided to reduce the fee from $1,000.00 to $250.00. The meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
