Board of Registrars Meeting Minutes
October 24, 2022, at 1:00 P.M.
City Hall Auditorium- 62 Friend St.
The meeting was called to order at 1:06 p.m. by Amanda Haggstrom.
Roll call was taken and present were Jackie Brisebois, Patricia Harry, Normand Pare, and
Amanda Haggstrom.
Administrative Assistant, Jasmine Looney was also present.
• Ballot Testing
• Discussion of schedule for voter registration drive 10/29/2022
• Discussion of Election day schedule for 11/8/2022
Patricia Harry left the meeting at 1:58 p.m.
Normand Pare moved to close the meeting at 2:45 p.m. and he was seconded by Jackie
Brisebois. The motion passed unanimously (3 present).
