By City Clerk at 6:24 pm, Apr 21, 2026 Amesbury Cultural Council Cultural Center Subcommittee Meeting Minutes Date and Time: January 20, 2026 at 6:30pm Location: Cultural Center, 37 Millyard, Amesbury, MA 01913 In attendance: Bonnie Brady (BB), Aimie Westphal (AW), Joanne Barnes (JB), Ann Johnson (AJ), Laura Schofield (LS) Call to Order – by Bonnie at 6:32 pm MINUTES Approval of past minutes • 1/7/26 Minutes: JB moves and AW seconds. Minutes unanimously approved as is. Review of Action Items • AW reported that cost of Jeff Works, custodian for Police Department, on-demand cleaning would be $300 • Request for additional cleaning quotes • Cultural Center facility issues will be managed through the See-Click- Fix App with ownership by City Hall mayor’s office. Open items were transferred out of library. • Bonnie will send mayor the supply list • Subcommittee membership will be put on agenda for next full ACC meeting agenda • This is AW’s last official meeting Facility Update • See-Click-Fix tickets were filled out in October for the remaining issues: o Dead lightbulbs in gallery area o Dishwasher not working o Clogged drain in kitchen sink • Locks need to be put on bathroom door (both are unisex) by April 1, 2026 Bonnie will ask mayor’s assistant to put locks on both doors Discuss Proposal for the Use of the Cultural Center ● Bonnie took notes and will edit the proposal Public Comment: NA Items not anticipated: NA Motion to adjourn: JW moves and AW seconds.
