Minutes - None 4. Public Comment – None 5. Communications – None 6. Continued Applications - None 7. New Applications – 12 – 14 S Hunt Rd: YMCA sign A wall mounted sign has been proposed. The sign application indicates individual letters along with a logo. a) Location – The sign will be mounted on the flat triangular portion of the entrance can- opy b) Number of Signs – One sign is proposed c) Material – The individual letters and logo will be made of metal. d) Lighting – No lighting is proposed e) Area – The proposed sign area is 14.3 square feet and is within the maximum allowed signage. f) Other Comments – DRC members find the sign to comply with the requirements of the sign ordinance and recommend approval of the sign. Motion by Rachel to approve the sign as presented. Seconded by Matt. Unanimous 8. Other Business - None 9. Adjourn – Matt moved to adjourn. Rachel seconded. Approved unanimously.
