Public Comments – None 4. Communications – None 5. Continued Applications– None 6. New Applications – None 7. Other Business - East End Smart Growth Overlay District – Design Standards update A final draft version of the amendments to the Building Design Standards and the accompanying Style Guide document were discussed. Also present at the meeting were Joe and Carol Finn, and Tracey Chalifour from the Main Street neighbor- hood. They expressed support for the proposed amendments and were very pleased that their suggestions and images had been incorporated into the documents. Some minor edits were discussed and will be further incorporated into these doc- uments. The Planning Director indicated these revisions will now be incorporated into the zoning amendment proposal for the East End Smart Growth District, which will then be submitted to the City Council. The final draft documents will be reviewed one more time at the DRC meeting on 12/06. Motion by Rachel to continue discussion on EEOD design standards to the next meeting. Second by Matt.
