Call to Order/Roll Call Matt Sherrill called the meeting to order at 5:58 pm. 2. Minutes Rachel Harris moved to accept the minutes from the March 27, 2023, Design Review Committee Meet- ing as written, seconded by Matt Sherrill. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Public Comments 4. Communications 5. Continued Applications 6. New Applications Sign – 37 S Hunt Rd. Matt Sherrill questioned if this was a rebranding sign. Cathy Brown responded that Arc Technologies is now an LLC and Hexcel is the parent company. Matt Sherrill noted that he did not have many com- ments. The sign is a little smaller than the existing sign. Cathy Brown confirmed it was a 14% reduc- tion. Matt Sherrill questioned if the current Arc sign was backlit on the building. Cathy Brown con- firmed that it was, and the plan would be to light the new sign in a similar way. The Hexcel sign will have a double ray sway. The monument sign will have aluminum faces. Rachel Harris questioned if the street would be lit. Cathy Brown responded that she did not think it would be. They are swapping the panels. Matt Sherrill motioned to recommend approval for the sign application for 37 S Hunt Rd. to the Planning Board as presented, seconded by Rachel Harris. The motion passed unanimously. 7.
