Awaiting further f/up or future trainings.  21-014: request to send more info to approve eligibility requirements have not been received.  Once Buildings and agencies are open to the public brochures will be replenished.  Monthly preparation process for AHCTC meeting o Agenda sent to City Clerk Friday prior to meeting o Last mail pick up at Post Office Box Monday prior to the meeting o Preparation of paperwork and member notification prior to meeting  New applicant interviewed by Chief of Staff and AHCTC Chair. Recommendation to send applicant to Mayor for approval process. Hoping the applicant will be presented to City Council by Feb meeting.  Discussion regarding cell phone ensued including monitoring and yearly updates. EH will continue to carry and investigate replacing minutes in February. Potential exists for rotating cell phone monitoring.  Request received regarding purchase of baby scale. Organization to be notified item not covered by Trust.  2 Trust clients 21-005 and 21-006 have reached their yearly max allotment. Both have been notified.  Future meetings will be on the third Thursday of the month, 1pm at City Hall; Next meetings: February 18, March 18, April 15, May 20.
