Julie willforward her etforts reviewing the past practices to the Mayor and Chief of Statf. Permission given to this team to update/revise the Bylaws/Program Description. A motion was made by Julie and seconded by Anne to approve the December 2022 minutes. They were approved unanimously. A review of the Amesbury Healthcare Trust Commission Program Statement was undertaken. And potential edits were identified. Joan willsend initial edits to commission members. Questions for the Mayor/Chief of Staff - documentation states this is a city commission but guidance from Mayor suggests its not city. Clarification is needed.
