They were approved unanimously. The Bylaws are with the legal department to be reviewed. Anne Marie Casey willfollowup/ check status. The website has been updated/corrected so that nothing outdated is available. lt does say that we are working on the application Julie will go through file cabinet and identify awaiting applications and send all the applicants the letter that states we are on hold for processing. The application draft was developed. Joan will send to all commission members. Julie will makes the application look better and then forward to Anne Marie Casey for the city to review. lnitial review of former "response" letter began -to be continued next meeting.
