Meeting was called to order at 2:05
A motion was made by Anne B and seconded by Anne F to approve the December minutes.
Approved unanimously.
Low income limits were reviewed so that all the members understood the numbers. There are
no new numbers 'for 2023 released as of now. Deb will print out the numbers so we have them
for each.
2022-5 and 2022-6 tax information verifying low income was received and payments were
processed as had been approved at December meeting.
The master application spreadsheet was reviewed and Deb will update and maintain. The
sheet will track every application - those that are denied and those that are paid.
There were no new applications.
2022-5 asked for reimbursement for past expenses. Anne F. wrote a denial as we do not
reimburse only pay the provider(s).
Anne F presented all our ACHT forms to include new logo and updated 2023.
A motion was made by Joan and seconded by Anne B. and approved unanimously to adjourn
at3pm
