Record of Meeting Amesbury Charitable Health Care Trust August 16,2023 ln Attendance: Anne Bryant Anne Ferguson Joan MacPherson Deb Smith Meeting was called to order at 2:00 July and May minutes were reviewed. A motion made by Anne B. and seconded Deb by to accept May minutes. A motion made by Anne B and Anne F to accept July minutes. Both were approved unanimously. It was determined in conversation with widow that there was no balance due and nothing to be paid on case 2023-10-03. Widow also sent a reimbursement check from Portsmouth Hospital - it is being returned to her as these were over payments she had made. Received a proposal from Benefit of Balance. Her application does not fit with our mission. Deb Smith will respond to her and refer her to the other Health Care Commission. Request was submitted for support of dental work but there was not bill. Anne B will follow up with Salisbury Dental letting them know the bill is authorized to be paid up til $1000. No furlher action until we receive a bill. Deb has supply expenses that need to be reimbursed. She will bring receipts and an invoice which we will review at next meeting.
