Meeting was called to order at 2:00
September minutes were reviewed. A motion made by Anne B. and seconded by Anne F to
accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously.
The following cases was reviewed. Anne F made a motion to approve. Seconded by Anne I
Approved unanimously.
2024-3-01. $2185 to Aspen Dental/Park Dental Group (proof of medical necessity was
provided)
A motion was made by Anne F and seconded by Anne B, and approved unanimously, to
adjourn at2:25 pm
