Meeting was called to order at 2:00
October minutes were reviewed. A motion made by Anne F. and seconded by Anne B to
accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously.
The following cases were reviewed. Anne F made a motion to approve. Seconded by Anne B.
Approved unanimously.
2024-04-01 Applicant qualifies for assistance. Two cases submitted were from 2021 and thus
not eligible and have been declined. $2138.58 to Anna Jacques requested.
2024-01-02. $359.16 for Boston Eye Surgery and Laser Center
2023-05-05 $40 to Mass General Brigham
A motion was made by Anne F and seconded by Anne B, and approved unanimously, to
adjourn al2:25 pm
