March 20,2024 ln Attendance Anne Bryant Joan MacPherson Deb Smith Meeting was called to order at 2:00 February minutes were reviewed. A motion made by Deb and seconded by Anne B to accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. No email or phone communication this month. Case 2024-01-02 was reviewed and approved. $90 to Ana Jaques. Case 2024-01-03 was reviewed and approved. $2ZS to City of Amesbury/Ambulance transport. Case 2024-14-01 was reviewed. The applicant qualifies/is approved (up to $3000) but does yet have the final invoice. Payment will be paid to Audiology Network Services upon receipt. A meeting is happening today at 3 with Ann Marie Casey to review our accounting needs. Our request is for a monthly report showing assigned case numbers and payments and balances to be emailed by the 5th of every month to our Commission e-mail. Deb will create a flyer announcing that we exist and encouraging people to apply. We will distribute to non profits, school nurses.
