A motion made by Deb and seconded by Anne B to accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. Deb presented our financial report. Balance available for use is $159,482.58. Deb will update the application form to include a way to provide a total for all the invoices seeking payment. AnneMarie Casey is going to provide us updated HUD income levels when the city has them. We will adopt when we receive them. Case 2024-20-01 was reviewed and approved $32.52 to Center Point Dental LLC Case 2024-20-02 was reviewed and approved.$65.74 to Golden Seymour Ear Nose and Throat.
