By City Clerk at 3:46 pm, Nov 20, 2024 Record of Meeting Amesbury Charitable Health Care Trust October 23 2024 ln Attendance Anne Bryant Anne Ferguson Joan MacPherson Deb Smith Meeting was called to order at 2:00 September minutes were reviewed. A motion was made by Deb and seconded by Anne F to accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. A potential new commission member attended to observe and potentially apply to join. Deb presented the financial report from the City records. The current balance is $159,476.36 Three new applications have been received. Case 2025-03-03 was reviewed and approved $1 170 payable to Anna Jacques. Case 2025-04-01 was reviewed and approved $105.48 payable to New England Life Care. Case 2025-02-02 was reviewed and approved $54.87 to Center Point Dental. Two applications were submitted - neither had bills - the people were seeking to make sure they would qualify for their upcoming treatment. Anne G reviewed the applications and both qualify. Doreen has offered space in the Senior Newsletter about the program. Due date is 1Sth of the month. Joan will submit to Andrew suuggsa@amesburyma.gov Deb will send information about the program to the school nurses, library and social services.
