Call to order at 9:06 a.m. by Laurie II. Vote to extend Saturday summer hours through the end of October With Michaela (head of circulation) retiring, Nicole from children’s leaving for a full- time role at another library, and a hiring freeze in place currently, it will likely be at least October before the Library has staffing for 9 to 5 hours on Saturdays, which are the usual fall weekend hours. Erin is asking board to approve 9 to 1 hours. The Library will still only be doing curbside pickup. We can reassess in September when we have more clarity on budget/hiring. Brenda motions to retain summer hour of 9 to 1 on Saturday until at least the end of October. Delia seconds. Unanimous. III. Other: None. IV.
