Special meeting with Amesbury City Council to fill an APL BOT vacancy
Tuesday February 8, 2022 - 7:00 PM
Board of Trustees (BOT) Members present: Anne Campbell (AC), Audrey Proctor (AP), Gail Browne (GB),
Laurie Cameron (LC), Pam Gilday (PG), Delia Rinaldi (DR), and Bethany Sullivan (BR)
Members not present: Brenda Rich (BR)
I. Call to order at 7:26 PM by Anne as chair per City Council vice chair Adrienne Lennon.
II. Vote to fill the APL Board of Trustees vacancy (2 year term) as per City Council bill 2022-004.
Nomination of the sole applicant Jessica Ducrow to fill the vacancy. Nomination by Bethany. Seconded
by Pam. Jessica introduces herself. Vote to approve the nomination of Jessica Ducrow - Unanimous by all
APL BOT members present. Unanimous by all City Councilors present with one city councilor recusal.
III. Adjourn: 7:32 PM - Motion to adjourn the APL BOT portion of the City Council joint meeting by
Bethany, seconded by Pam. Unanimous.
