Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Anne. 2. Discussion of completed reviews - Talked through everyone’s answers for questions covering oversight responsibilities, operations and maintenance, leadership and management, communication and collaboration, fostering the fiscal health of the organization, supporting mission and values, accomplishments, opportunities for growth, and SMART goals. Agreed on wording for combined answers. Jessica to proof and finalize document and share ahead of next meeting. 3. Other – Plan to meet again November 14 for review with Library Director. Anne to schedule meeting at senior center. 4. Adjourn at 8:40 p.m.
