Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Anne. 2. Director review – Discussed new format for director review, with questions updated to align with the Director’s job description and modernize format based on current HR best practices. The final review is a blend of responses from the Director’s self-assessment and the subcommittee’s responses. Read through responses together, highlighting standout areas — “Operations & Maintenance” and “Fosters the fiscal health of the organization”. Discussed key accomplishments including coordinating the development of the Strategic Plan for the next three years; getting the library fully staffed and building staff culture; and bringing a number of maintenance projects to completion such as the new flooring. Also discussed growth opportunities, such as professional development and networking with peers and community leaders, and SMART goals, such as implementing the strategic plan and reviewing and updating library policies. 3.
