Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM
Present were: Russ Saboo & Derek Balaam
John Kirton was absent.
Topic for discussion:
Change of Officer for 99 West LLC
Board members were all in approval of granting the change of officer for 99 West LLC.
Russ Saboo moved to approve the change of officer for 99 West LLC and he was seconded by Derek
Balaam. A roll call vote was taken and it passed unanimously (2 present).
Derek Balaam moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 PM and he was seconded by Russ Saboo. A roll
call vote was taken and it passed unanimously (2 present).
