(CAI) is a private non-profit organization established in 1965 to address the causes and consequences of poverty through education, training, advocacy, prevention and services to meet basic human needs. Community Action, Inc.’s service area includes: Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury and West Newbury.
