The ECCSW will conduct a public meeting utilizing remote collaboration technology. If there is any technical

Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Essex County Commission on
the Status of Women. As the recent amendments to the open meeting law allows, the (board) will continue to
hold meetings remotely. Adequate alternative access to the meeting is provided through the zoom link
below. Questions may be directed to eccswomen2@gmail.com. The meeting will take place:

v) Commonwealth Heroines - nomination suggestions to our legislators
vi) Financial update - (1) if we need to change the use of funds allocated by grant, send a
memo requesting approval of the change to the Finance Committee. DO NOT expend
funds on non-approved events/items/etc. (2) Reimbursements must be submitted
within 30 days; any event with food for Commissioners is limited to $36pp and
alcohol is NOT reimbursable. (3) We can use MCSW survey monkey account if we
want to do further surveys.
