Please note that the RAAC will not discuss or take ac�on at this mee�ng. 3. Approval of minutes from RAAC mee�ngs on Dec. 17, 2025; January 7, 2026 4. Administra�ve Items a. RAAC membership – current roster as appointed by School Commitee b. RAAC vo�ng protocols; distribu�on of vo�ng wands c. RAAC cloud-based file sharing (Google Drive): is it working? If not, revisit. 5. Updates a. Superintendent updates (if any) b. Updates from RAAC members on Whi�er School Commitee and School Building Commitee (SBC); recap of Chairs/Vice Chairs’ mee�ng (incl. RAAC) on January 11 c. Summary of comments received from RAAC members, since RAAC mtg on Jan 7, re favorable/unfavorable aspects of other sample Regional Agreements 6. Discussion Items a. Presenta�on: summary of various methodologies for alloca�on of opera�ng costs, and alloca�on of capital costs, from review of Whi�er Tech Regional Agreement and nine (9) other Regional Agreements (RAs); discussion regarding whether one or another “sample” alloca�on method may have broad support; and/or whether there is intent to consider crea�ng some other method (not already in use elsewhere); or researching other MA RAs not already gathered. b. Discussion of whether RAAC members will consider taking posi�on on alloca�on methods – at a future RAAC mee�ng – based only on formula – prior to project costs becoming known (or knowable).  Page |2 c. Discuss process to secure RAAC members’ recommenda�ons regarding various aspects of Regional Agreement, such as (and not limited to): i. methods for opera�ng and capital cost alloca�on ii. process for incurring debt iii. method of appointment of WT SC members iv. process for amending RA v. process for withdrawal from District d. Member communi�es’ legal counsels: confirm roster; discuss approach to ensure clear and cost-efficient approach to legal reviews as appropriate within the process of considering recommended Regional Agreement provisions (as well as any necessary agreement(s) with NECC regarding poten�al shared campus) e. Whether to prepare public update for presenta�on at member communi�es’ Town Mee�ngs and City Councils this spring, and whether to pursue placement of non-binding resolu�on for ac�on by Town Mee�ngs and City Councils f.
