Parcel 135 Whitehall Road has been assigned to the R-40 zoning district, 133 Whitehall is zoned R-40. Nick Cracknell seeking a variance under Zoning Ordinance VI.E. Accessory Building to add dormers to an existing structure and modify a previous condition of approval to allow for year-round use of a sin- gle-family structure. The address is 98F South Hampton Rd, RC zoning district, map 11, lot 12 acces- sors database. Gayle Ann Hamilton (owner of record) is seeking a variance under the Zoning Table of Dimensional and Density Regulations Section VI.
