Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes December 29, 2022 Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Dennis Siry, Deputy Mayor Kevin Smith, Trustee Michael O’Neill, Trustee Owen E. Brooks, Jr., MEMBERS ABSENT: Trustee Thomas Whalen ALSO PRESENT: Village Attorney Bruce Kennedy APD Chief Bryan Burton DPW Superintendent Bruce Hopper Deputy Clerk Deirdre Parker Deputy Treasurer Jacqueline Aissa Wendy O’Neill, Assistant to the Mayor Mayor Siry welcomed all in attendance to the special meeting to pay bills. The Mayor noted that Trustee Whalen was absent due to reasons beyond his control, and then asked Chief Burton to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. He said it is still a work in progress but they did a very nice job.
