Public Comments
Vincent Rifice, 7 New Point Place, stated he was present to hear his storage of trailer application, however, the
Mayor and Building Inspector advised that the application was not yet fully processed. Trustee O’Neill
recommended that the Board discuss the application and consider a vote at a later meeting. Among the discussion
points were the Board’s aversion to permitting trailers especially on residential property, the use of the trailer, size
of the property and the trailer’s proximity to the neighbors.
The resident said the trailer is to be used for exotic cars, however, the trailer is to be kept empty and there are no
flammables contained in it.
Quality of Life/Code Enforcement Officer Ken Jacobs reported that he inspected the property and while at the
time of inspection the trailer was not on the property, he feels that it is not likely to be visible to the neighbors if it
is stored on the side property. Mr. Rifice offered to provide photos of the trailer on the proposed position on the
property.
