Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes August 21, 2025 The Board of Trustees Special Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Michael O’Neill, Trustee Roger Smith, Trustee Robert Russo, Trustee Adam Ansanelli MEMBERS ABSENT: Deputy Mayor Owen E. Brooks, Jr. ALSO PRESENT: Village Attorney Bruce Kennedy APD Lt. Frank Caramanica Building Inspector Michael Breitweg AFD 3rd Assistant Chief Thomas Langford Clerk/Treasurer Catherine Murdock Clerk/Treasurer Administrator Wendy O’Neill Mayor Michael O’Neill welcomed everyone to the Special Board of Trustees Meeting and asked Lt. Frank Caramanica to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Deputy Mayor Owen Brooks shared upcoming events: Fridays on the Greene continue through Aug. 29th and Supper by the Bay through Aug. 27th, The Beach Blast and fireworks is this Saturday, Aug. 23rdth and Play Music on the Porch Day is on August 30th. All are invited to the Village 9/11 Memorial Service which takes place at 5 p.m. on the 11th.
