There was an email sent to Greg regarding this from Sarah Jones, Deluxe Engineering. Please see attachment. B. Maintenance Maintenance is going well. All the lights are working well. There are new lights that have been ordered for the green beacon light. He will also be replacing another part that could be causing these to short out and this too has also been ordered. Plow truck is working well . C. Fence Payment The final bill from Mild Fence was received and Greg was not sure if it was for $42,000.00 or $48,000.00 off the top of his head. However, there was a bit of concern as the money did not appear to be readily available to pay this bill. However, the money had been set aside per se , and Eric Hoiland, Treasurer, was able to locate this and Mild Fence will be receiving their final payment. D. Fence/Deer Report Kurt Wyant had contacted Greg and had stated that there were deer within the fence on the airport property and had seen these while hunting from the sewage treatment plant. Greg drove the perimeter and did find some holes, and some coyote trails, but did not see any animals, and he filled in the holes . At a later time, Kurt called back and it seemed he had made a mistake and the deer were not within the airport property. E. Tractor Issue Greg had an issue with the tractor. He had a drive line issue come up and this took $51.00 to repair. F. Usage Has only had a few jets in here and there due to the time of year G.
