Approval of Minutes A. January 29th, 2020 Motion was made by Tim Casey to approve the minutes from January 29th, 2020, with corrections as noted; seconded by Al Messer. Motion passes 5-0. Manager’s Report – Greg Bahr, Airport Manager 1. Usage Right now, there is hardly any activity or usage at the airport. Maintenance Right now, both beacon lights are working well. There is a problem with the entrance door into the pilot’s lounge and when it gets cold with snow, the cement pad contracts, and therefore limits how far the door can be opened. Greg will look at making a repair to this during the coming spring and summer season. Also, with the wind storm that hit Anaconda last Sunday night, 12 feet of soffits were torn off of the side of the building. Greg asked Bill Everett about this in regards to an insurance claim, and the damage was minimal, so Greg will also make at looking into the repairs during the spring and summer months. 3. Board Member Greg noted that he did talk to Dr. McMahon and due to his scheduling constraints, he will not be able to become a member of the Airport Board at this time 4. Consultant Report Greg asked that we now add the heading of Consultant Report to the upcoming agendas from here forward. This will be a report made by Jim Greil and/or Sarah Jones, hopefully at each meeting. Sarah gave the report for today’s meeting and a copy of that report, as well as the Advertisement for Bids for the Airport Beacon Replacement Project, is attached. 5. Project Updates See Consultant Report New Business 1. Fly-In The board discussed options for dates for the Fly-In to be scheduled for this summer. Discussion will take at the next meeting about things we would like to change or stay the same in regards to this year’s Fly-In. Motion was made by John Lombardi to approve the date of the 2020 Bowman Field Fly-In on August 22nd, 2020; seconded by Tim Casey. Motion passes 5-0 Miscellaneous / Public Comment None.
