Approval of Minute s A. January 27 t h , 2021 Motion was made by Tim Casey to approve the minutes from January 27 t h , 2021, with change as discuss ed; seconded by John Lombardi. Motion pass es 6-0. Manager’s Report – Greg Bahr, Airport Manager Greg Bah r, Airport Manager, was not present f or this meeti ng as he is out of town. He quickly ran over a f ew things with Carlye Hansen, Planning Department Secretary. 1. Usage – At this time, things are very, very slow. He attributes this to the ti me of the year, the weather and Covi d-19. Plowing - He has h ad to plow several ti mes, and all went well with the pl ow and the equipment. Flight School Report – Monte Belgarde, Flight School Owner and Instructor Currently, there is n othing to report Consultant Report – Jim Gre il, DOWL Engineer ing Consultant Mr. Greil , from DOWL, was present today. He gave an extensive report with extensive conversation in regard to the A pron Desi gn Update, the P roperty Update with the Shellabarger famil y, the Cares Act Fund, and Upcoming Grants. Pease see the attached, “February 2021 Ai rport Board Consultant Report”, and the updated “CIP/NPE Narrative Descripti on and Plan” for the Anaconda Airport (3U3). New Business None. Miscellaneous / Public Comme nt It was noted that th ere was an article in cluded in the Anaconda Leader from Wednesday, February 17 t h , 2021. As Mr. Bahr wasn’t here, Ms. Hansen and Randy Johnson gave the general rundown of th e articl e. Carlye wil l get a copy of this article f or the next meeting. It was also noted that Mr. Belgarde was also intervi ewed and th ere will be an article coming out regarding the Fl ight School in the fu ture. Mr. Lombardi asked if we should be putting a notam out at th is time since Mr. Bah r is currently out of the state. I tol d him th at I was under the i mpression that Mr. Bahr had worked this out with Bill Everett, CEO, but being no one had a solid answer today, Mr. Jonas asked Ms. Hansen and Mr. Hammi ng to check with Mr. Everett and to please let all the members know what the plan is for the time that Mr. Bahr is gone.
