There was no quorum present for this morning’s meeting, so there were no motions or votes
taken.
At this time, we will need to vote for a new Chairperson at the next meeting in June 2023
Manager’s Report – Monte Belgarde, Airport Manager, did state that traffic is increasing,
but no other new business other than that.
Flight School Report – Monte Belgarde, who runs the flight school, states that he is
curtailing operations in Anaconda at the current time.
Consultant Report -
Mr. Matt Wilder was present today and went over the past meeting notes that he put
together for today’s meeting. This included the revised Bowman Field Capital Improvement
Plan, the Automated Weather Observation Station, 100LL Fuel Farm, Pavement
Maintenance, and Miscellaneous information including COVID Relief Grants. (see attached)
There was significant discussion regarding the fuel farm at today’s meeting, including pros
and cons of adding jet fuel.

At the next meeting, will need to vote on the AWOS system and will have a discussion and
review dates.
New Business
Planning Stages of 2023 Fly-In
This was unable to be discussed today and will be brought up at the next meeting in
June 2023.
It was also noted that at the next meeting, we will need to address the hangar leases
and the cost with a vote to stay the same or redo the contract.
