To address the Commission, please approach the podium and state your name & address for the record.
Please speak loud enough for the entire room to hear your comments.
Please address all comments to the Commission as you are not in a debate with other presenters or members of
the audience.
Please be respectful to other speakers, presenters, and members of the audience.
If you wish to address any individual Commissioner, Public Official, or presenter you must request authorization
from the Chair.
Please try to limit your comments to three minutes or less.
No sidebar conversations will be allowed. Private conversations and whispering in the audience during the
meeting are very disruptive so please step out of the room for any such conversations.

At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the minutes from the Commission meeting of
December 2, 2025, and the Commission Work Session of December 9, 2025.

At this time, the Commission could take action to authorize the payment of claims numbered XXXXXX

At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the ADLC Ambulance/Fire Fee Schedule.
B. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Assurance of Compliance
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services Assurance of Compliance.
C. Agreement (Jointly Sponsored Recreation Program) Between Anaconda-Deer Lodge County and
Anaconda School District
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the Agreement (Jointly Sponsored Recreation
Program) Between Anaconda-Deer Lodge County and Anaconda School District.
D. Noxious Weed Trust Fund Special County/Reservation Program Enhancement Grant Application
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the Noxious Weed Trust Fund Special
County/Reservation Program Enhancement Grant Application.
E. Resolution No. 25-21, A Resolution Designating County Holidays for Calendar Year 2026
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve Resolution No. 25-21, A Resolution Designating
County Holidays for Calendar Year 2026.
F. Resolution No. 25-22, A Resolution Establishing Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Commission Meeting
Dates for Calendar Year 2026
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve Resolution No. 25-22, A Resolution Establishing
Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Commission Meeting Dates for Calendar Year 2026.
VI. New Business
A. Memorandum of Agreement for STD Clinics and Support of On-Site Rapid Syphilis, HIV, and HCV
Testing Between DPHHS STI/HIV/Final Hepatitis Section and Anaconda-Deer Lodge Public Health –
Lauren Bolton, Public Health Director
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the Memorandum of Agreement for STD Clinics
and Support of On-Site Rapid Syphilis, HIV, and HCV Testing Between DPHHS STI/HIV/Final Hepatitis
Section and Anaconda-Deer Lodge Public Health.
B. Task Order to the Master Contract, Effective July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2026, Between the State of
Montana, Department of Public Health and Human Services and Deer Lodge County, WIC Program
Services – Lauren Bolton, Public Health Director
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the Task Order to the Master Contract, Effective
July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2026, Between the State of Montana, Department of Public Health and Human
Services and Deer Lodge County, WIC Program Services.
C. Request for Reappointment to the Historic Resources Board by Tammy Mattson (Letter Attached)
At this time, the Commission could take action to approve the Request for Reappointment to the Historic
Resources Board by Tammy Mattson.
