Greenway Service District – SPECIAL MEETING - February 1, 2023 – 1:00PM A. Call to Order B. Board Members: Kay Eccleston, Bob Lazzari, Milo Manning, Mike Patterson, Ed Simonich Public: Jim Kambich Staff/Consultants: Brad Archibald, Mike Browne, Joel Gerhart, Brian Holland, Pat Reardon, Dori Skrukrud C. Project Completion Funding – NRDP Submittal, March 3, 2023 I. Proposed Budget and Discussion – The final proposed budget of $9.2M was discussed. Unit costs reflect the most current bid prices and reflect a 4.5% inflation factor, on-going project management and maintenance (for 10 years typical of other grant funding.) Comments were made regrading the presentation of the budget, considering the remainder that the GSD will have after the Reach Q&R construction & additional funding sources. Staff will clarify those budgets. The narrative was still a work in progress, but substantially complete and a summary map is being produced. II. Submittal Approval – The Board approved the submittal, with consideration for the changes made during the discussion. ES/KE D. Adjourn
