Financials Todd Lupkes presented highlights of December Financials, YTD report. The board reviewed the financials as presented. Con Malee made the motion to accept the financials as presented and Kristy McKay made the second. Public comment: None The motion carried 7-0 The December financials showed month end revenue of $70,965 with variance of $ 36,492 against a budget of $34,472. Year to Date Revenue Actuals were $2,402,879 against budget of $2,136,891, a variance of $265,988. Mainly due to green fees, merchandise and Food and Beverage all exceeding revenue expectations. Total YTD rounds exceeded YTD budget by 2,452. The net cash flow before rent and CIF was $318,113. As of January 31st 2024: Operations subsidy Funds $1,009,665.69 Capital Improvements Fund $83,928.94 Motion made by Con Malee Second made by Kristy McKay Vote tally 7 For/ 0 Against V. Clubhouse update Cleaning week of Jan 8-11 revealed many items that will be scheduled on a regular basis. New lights installed in basement storage room by Colbert Electric Tables were stained, cushions washed, floors scrubbed, copper polished, etc. Sinks were re-caulked and dispensers were upgraded to hands-free VI. Course Conditions update Over 60 tons of slag has been hauled to bunkers, and 35 tree wells have been filled in so far. Beams for bridge one are on site, tree work will be done in the next four weeks. VII. Winter Activities update. Not enough snow to groom so mostly walkers and bikers taking strolls on course. VIII. Operations update Merchandise sales-Old Works is scheduling multiple vendor demo days, and are looking forward to the spring kick off sale. Tournaments and Events-tournament schedule has 1268 booked rounds, with several more pending. Marketing-pass sales, and events for February are emailed and posted on social media XI.
