The May calendar will be in the paper on Wednesday, and will be emailed and posted on social
media. Bounty social was a success, and will continue the last Friday of each month. Mothers’ Day
brunch on May 12th. Prime rib night on May 17th.
IX. Old Business
• Employee Bonus was discussed and will be revisited in the June meeting.
• The Old Works shop was a staging area for the community Arbor Day tree and shrub planting.
• Soil sample results for the Hotel Parcel show the clean soil cover is well below the action level for
lead and arsenic. The sampling polygon outside the golf course fence seems to indicate the cover is
not a full 18 inches deep, but this will be modified during development of the condominiums and all
remediation requirements will be met.
