MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ANACONDA HELD APRIL 18, 2023 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Anaconda met at the Housing Authority Office, 10 Main Street, on April 18, 2023. The meeting was called to order at 4:33pm. Acting Chairman Dan Wood presided and upon roll call the following were present or absent as named: PRESENT ABSENT Katherine Basirico Sharati Pia Camille Erickson Adam Vauthier Dan Wood Others Present: Secretary Kaitlin Leary. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chairman Vauthier announced the need for election of Officers, and asked for nominations. The Board briefly discussed the current officers: Chair Adam Vauthier, Vice-Chair Dan Wood, Assistant Vice Chair Camille Erickson. Commissioner Basirico stated that it is a good line up and suggested it remain. Chair Vauthier consented, Vice- Chair Commissioner Wood consented, and Asst. Vice Chair Camille Erickson consented. Seeing no further discussion, Commissioner Basirico motioned to elect the following Officers: Chair Adam Vauthier, Vice-Chair Dan Wood, Assistant Vice Chair Camille Erickson. Upon roll call, Chair Vauthier declared said motion unanimously carried. Officers are as follows: Chairman: Adam Vauthier Vice-Chairman: Dan Wood Assistant Vice-chair: Camille Erickson Secretary: Kaitlin Leary NEW BUSINESS The Secretary stated she had none. PUBLIC COMMENT None. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Wood motioned that the meeting be adjourned; Commissioner Erickson seconded the motion and upon roll call, the said motion carried.
