CALL TO ORDER Chair Gray-Jackson convened the Special Assembly Meeting of November 4, 2016 at 11 :00 a.m. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Pete Petersen, Patrick Flynn, Dick Traini, Elvi Gray-Jackson, Bill Evans, Forrest Dunbar, John Weddleton, Tim Steele, Amy Demboski, Bill Starr EXCUSED: None ABSENT: Eric Croft A quorum was achieved with 1O Assembly members present. Assembly Member Croft joined the meeting at 11 :25 a.m. PRESENT: Pete Petersen, Patrick Flynn, Dick Traini, Elvi Gray-Jackson, Bill Evans, Forrest Dunbar, John Weddleton, Tim Steele, Amy Demboski, Bill Starr, Eric Croft EXCUSED: None A quorum was achieved with 11 Assembly members present. Proposed Taxi Cab Ordinance Bill Starr moved, to change the order of the day and take up Item 4. C. Dick Traini seconded, before Item 4.B. and this motion PASSED 10 -0. AYES: Pete Petersen, Patrick Flynn, Dick Traini, Elvi Gray-Jackson, Bill Evans, Forrest Dunbar, John Weddleton, Tim Steele, Amy Demboski, Bill Starr NAYS: None ABSENT: Eric Croft BILL FALSEY, Municipal Attorney, spoke. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION Dick Traini moved, to go into executive session regarding Item 4.A. at 11 :04 Pete Petersen seconded, a.m. and this motion PASSED 10 - 0. AYES: Pete Petersen, Patrick Flynn, Dick Traini, Elvi Gray-Jackson, Bill Evans, Forrest Dunbar, John Weddleton, Tim Steele, Amy Demboski, Bill Starr NAYS: None ABSENT: Eric Croft Clerk's Note: The Assembly came out of executive session at 11 :23 a. m. Clerk's Note: Assembly Member Starr declared a potential conflict of interest on Item 4.B. Chair Gray- Jackson ruled that Assembly Member Starr did have a conflict and he was excused from participation.
