MINUTES ANDERSON REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION August 2, 2016 PUBLIC MEETING Mr. Puckett moved to approve the July 5, 2016, 4:30 p.m. minutes as received. Mrs. Scott seconded. ED Conference Room #1 Motion passed unanimously; 3 yes, 0 no. 120 East 8th Street Anderson, IN 46016 BUSINESS MEMBERS PRESENT INDOT Reimbursement Agreement Kevin Sulc, President Mr. Spyers explained this is for the paving Justin Puckett, Secretary work on Scatterfield Road associated with the Carolyn Scott, Member Purdue / 27th Street project. The Commission would pay Milestone Construction for the work MEMBERS ABSENT and then be reimbursed by INDOT. The total Joe Royer, Vice President amount to be reimbursed is $160,000. Abby Gerhart, City Controller’s Office Ken da la Bastide, Herald-Bulletin CSX Agreement: Scatterfield West Mike Spyers, City Engineer Mr. Spyers explained this is for the work to be Thomas Tijerina, EPIC Initiatives completed at the grade crossing for the Marc Scharnowkse Purdue/27th Street project. The agreement is Bill and Pam Farmen in the amount of $48,959 of which a deposit of Floyd Burroughs $9,350 has already been paid towards the PE portion of it. The amount due is $39,609.
