Via Zoom Conferencing Ms. Clemons moved to approve the August 25, 2020
minutes as presented. Mr. Eicks seconded. Motion
PUBLIC MEETING passed unanimously; 5 yes, 0 no.

FINANCIALS / INVOICES
MEMBERS PRESENT Commission members reviewed financials. Mr. Eicks
Richard Symmes, President moved to approve the financials as submitted. Mr.
Danny McGhee, Vice President Davenport seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 5
Aspen Clemons, Sec/Treas yes, 0 no.

Kenneth Davenport Commission members reviewed invoices. Mr.
Davenport moved to approve the invoices as
STAFF PRESENT submitted. Mr. Eicks seconded. Motion passed
Greg Winkler, ED Director unanimously; 5 yes, 0 no.

Resolution 06-20 – A Resolution Confirming
OHTERS PRESENT Amendments to the Declaratory Resolutions and
Darren Grile, Anderson Light and Power Plans for the Consolidated Economic Development
Doug Whitham, City Controller Area.
Lindsay Brown, Citizen Mr. Winkler stated the confirmatory resolution adds

Mr. Brown, citizen, asked if Property Resource was
currently benefiting from tax breaks or exemptions on
the property. Mr. Winkler stated they were not.
There was a motion to adjourn at 5:11pm.
No remonstrances had been filed.
