MINUTES ANDERSON REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION December 17, 2020 PUBLIC MEETING the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. 5:00 p.m. Discussion followed. Via Zoom Conferencing Ms. Clemons asked if Roofing Systems of Indiana is owned MEMBERS PRESENT by Mustin Builders. Mr. Montgomery confirmed. Ms. Richard Symmes, President Clemons stated she would like the Commission to examine Danny McGhee, Vice President how awards are being distributed; what percentage of Aspen Clemons, Sec/Treas ARC’s projects go where.
