President Symmes called the executive session
of the Anderson Redevelopment Commission to
order at 5:00pm on August 28, 2023.
A roll call was taken and a quorum
established.
The meeting was held pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(4), for the purpose of discussing P.R.
Bingham LLC’s compliance with an Economic
Development Project Agreement. No final
action was taken and no other subject matter
was discussed.
Meeting adjourned.
