Repair to maintenance building (roof repairs & doors) 2. 75 HP tractor and snow blower obtained through GSAXcess 3. Indy Air Sales assisting on contacting individuals with “un-airworthy” aircraft. At least one aircraft has been sold however, we still have 4 new tenants on waiting list. OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS 1. Motion to approve a 3 year lease agreement between Tom Wood Aviation and the Anderson Municipal Airport to lease the living quarters vacated by PHI to be used as an office and storage facility for radio equipment. The cost is assessed as $100 plus tenant is responsible for all utilities.
