BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY MINUTES DECEMBER 12, 2016 PUBLIC HEARING 400 PM Common Council Chambers City of Anderson, IN 120 East Eighth Street MEMBERS PRESENT Mike Meld/thy, Chairperson Total claims in the amount of $255,010.50 Nicale Rector, Member Sam Dixon, Member Mr. Mckinley said, the Fire Department claims total $138,398.38 OTHERS PRESENT •see attached sign in sheet Ms. Rector made a motion to accept and approve Tim Lanane, City Attorney the claims in the amount of $138,398.38. Mr. Wendy Anderson, Board Secretary Dixon seconded. Motion passed. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Mcicinley said, the police department claims Mr. Mckinley called the meeting to order at 4:00 total $116,598.62. p.m. Mr. Dixon performed the invocation. Mr. Mcicinley led the Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Rector made a motion to accept and approve the police department claims in the amount of MINUTES $116,598.62. Mr. Dixon seconded. Motion passed.
