City of Anderson Minutes of the Regular Meeting: February 16, 2016 Board of Public Works PRESENT: David W. Eicks, Chairman Evan Broderick Jack Keesling, Member Randy Warman Stacy Johnson, Administrative Mgr. José Espinoza, Recorder Ken de la Bastide CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:00 pm by Chairman David Eicks. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the February 9, 2016 meeting were presented. Member Keesling made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Chairman Eicks seconded. Motion passed unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: Mayor’s Office Approved Agreement between the City of Anderson, IN and Hanka Advisor, LLC. Hanka will act as the Washington Representative to the City of Anderson in Washington D.C. The Washington Representative will review federal executive proposals, legislation under consideration, proposed and adopted administrative rules and regulations, and other Washington activity and developments for the purpose of advising the City, etc. Member Keesling made a motion to approve the agreement, Chairman Eicks seconded. Motion passed unamiously. MISCELLANEOUS: NONE OLD BUSINESS: NONE APPROVAL OF CLAIMS With no further business coming before the Board, claims were presented in the amount of $1,784,768.31. Member Keesling made the motion to approve the published Claims. Chairman Eicks seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
