City of Anderson Minutes of the Regular Meeting: November 28, 2017 Board of Public Works PRESENT Dick Symmes Nara Manor Stacy Johnson Neal McKee Tim Lanane Mike Spyers Jack Keesling CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 1:32 p.m. by Member Keesling. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the November 21, 2017 meeting were presented. Member Symmes made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Member Keesling seconded. Motion passed unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: Board of Works Tim Lanane, City Attorney, presented the 2018 Holiday Schedule for approval. Member Symmes made a motion to approve the 2018 Holiday Schedule. Member Keesling seconded. Motion passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS: NONE OLD BUSINESS: NONE APPROVAL OF CLAIMS With no further business coming before the Board, claims were presented in the amount of $7,869,035.84. Member Symmes made a motion to approve the published Claims. Member Keesling seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
