MEMBERS PRESENT: Charles Street and South Scatterfield Road in
the City right-of-way. The property (2003
Rudy Williams, Chairperson Charles Street) consists of a 10 ft. by 30 ft.

not connect to anything and we would not
want to encourage pedestrian traffic within an
industrial area like this. The strict application
of the terms of the zoning ordinance would
result in practical difficulties in the use of the
property, if the proposed variance were denied
because if sidewalks were required to be put
in the middle of these two lots because they
would not connect to anything, there would be
some major reconstruction of an existing
drainage ditch in this area. Mr. Spencer
seconded. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no.
